الرسالة عبارة عن دراسة تاريخية، اجتماعية، اقتصادية وثقافية لإقليم الزاب ببلاد المغرب الإسلامي ، تم التطرق من خلالها على التعريف اللغوي و المجال الجغرافي للإقليم، وتدرس الجانب التاريخي والسياسي الذي عاشه خلال العصر الوسيط مابين القرن 02-05ه/08-11م، إذ تبرز أهم المحطات التاريخية السياسية التي عرفها الإقليم خلال هذه الفترة وأهم الكيانات السياسية التي سيطرة على هذه الرقعة الجغرافية ببلاد المغرب الإسلامي كما تم التطرق إلى الجانب الاجتماعي بالتعريف بالقبائل والأنساب وأهم مظاهر الحياة التي ارتبطت بالجانب الاقتصادي بدرجة كبرى ، من زراعة وأشهر المنتجات إلى التجارة الصادرة والواردة إلى الإقليم، كما تم التطرق للجانب الثقافي من خلال التعرض لعوامل ازدهار هذا الجانب، وأصناف العلوم، و أشهر العلماء الذين برزوا بمختلف مناطق العالم الإسلامي، وأهم مظاهر العمارة وفنونها. This research work is a historical, social, economic and cultural study of the region of zab in the Islamic Maghreb, Has been touched On the linguistic definition and the geographical area of the region, and the study of the historical and political aspect qu 'he lived in medieval âges between the 02-05 AH / 08-11AD Century, as the most important political historical stations That the region saw during this period are highlighted, And the most important political entities that control this geographical area in the countries of the Islamic Maghreb. The social aspect was also touched by presenting the tribes and genealogies and the most important aspects of life which were linked to a large extent with the economic aspect, From the cultivation of the most popular products to the export and import trade in the region and the cultural aspect was also touched upon through the exposure to the factors of prosperity in This aspect, the types of sciences, the Most famous scholars who have emerged in various regions of the Islamic world, and the Most important aspects of architecture and its arts.

اعتبرت الحسبة نوعا من أنواع القضاء الذي يتميز بسرعة البتّ في الأمور، وترتبط نشأة هذه الخطة وفصلها عن القضاء، بالحاجة إلى تغيير المناكر في الطرقات والأسواق بصورة أكثر فعالية، وكان المُحتسب يُعرف بصاحب السوق، نظرا لأن أكثر نشاطه ينحصر في الأسواق والأماكن العامة، ويظهر أن نظام الحسبة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي عرف تطورا كبيرا وعناية خاصة، بعد عصر الإمام سحنون، فظهرت التآليف في كثير من فروع الحسبة، من بين هذه الكتب ما خطّه القاضي أحمد بن سعيد المجيلدي في أحد أهم فروع الحسبة وهي التسعير، فهو بذلك يُبرز اهتمام سكان بلاد المغرب بالحسبة وبكل فروعها وأحكامها قبل عصره. The Hisbah was considered a type of judiciary that was characterized by the speed of resolving matters. The emergence of this plan and its separation from the judiciary were linked to the need to change the evils in the streets and markets in a more effective manner. The Hisbah was known as the owner of the market, since most of his activity was confined to markets and public places. It appears that the Hisbah system in the Maghreb witnessed significant development and special attention after the era of Imam Sahnoun. Many books appeared on many branches of Hisbah, including the book written by Ahmed Said al-Majilidi on one of the most important branches of Hisbah, namely pricing. In doing so, he highlights the interest of the people of the Maghreb not only in Hisbah but also in all its branches and rulings before his era.
