أصبحت إدارة المعرفة الآن جزءا من واقع المنظمات، لكن تحديد ماهيتها في منظمة ما ليس بالأمر السهل لأنها تشمل جميع مكوناتها تقريبا. ففي نطاق الإنتاج الفكري لمختصي علم المكتبات نجد وجهات نظر متباينة حول مفهوم إدارة المعرفة وحداثته، ناهيك عن إشكالية تطبيق هذا النوع في المؤسسات التي يشملها التخصص من مكتبات بمختلف أنواعها مراكز بحث، أرشيف وغيرها مما جاء في مختلف الأعمال العلمية. وهذا العمل يهدف إلى محاولة تقديم وجهة نظر موحدة إلى حد ما لإدارة المعرفة في مجال علم المكتبات والمعلومات، وتتمحور هذه الرؤية حول مفهوم الرأس المال المعرفي وطريقة إدارته باعتباره موردا أساسيا غير ملموس. عمدنا في هذه الدراسة إلى حصر الإنتاج الفكري الخاص بالباحثين في علم المكتبات والتوثيق أي حصر عدد المقالات في منصة المجلات العلمية ASJP التي تناولت موضوع إدارة المعرفة بمؤسسات المعلومات في الجزائر، وتسليط الضوء على أهم النقاط التي يمكن أن تحقق قيمة مضافة لجانب تطبيق إدارة المعرفة وجذورها الفكرية في مجال علم المكتبات والتوثيق، لأن ربط الفكرة بحجم الفائدة المحصلة منها في الواقع هو نتيجة حتمية لفكرة التخصص. Knowledge management has now become part of the reality of organizations, but defining what it is in an organization is not easy because it includes almost all of its components. Within the intellectual production of library science specialists, we find varying views on the concept of knowledge management and its modernity, not to mention the problem of applying this type in the institutions covered by the specialty, such as libraries of various types, research centers, archives, and others mentioned in various scientific works. This work aims to attempt to present a somewhat unified view of knowledge management in the field of library science, and this view revolves around the concept of cognitive capital and the method of managing it as a basic intangible resource. The intellectual production of researchers in library science and documentation will also be limited, that is, limiting the number of articles in the ASJP Algerian scientific journal platform that dealt with the topic of knowledge management in information institutions in Algeria. In addition, highlighting the most important points that can achieve benefit to the aspect of applying knowledge management and its intellectual roots in the field of science. Libraries and documentation, because linking the idea to the amount of benefit gained from it in reality is an inevitable consequence of the idea of specialization
انطولوجيا الويب الدلالي واسترجاع المعلومات

تناولت هذه الدراسة تقنية من تقنيات الويب الدلالي الانطولوجيا ودورها في استرجاع المعلومات من خلال عرض مفهومه وهيكلة الانطولوجيا وبناءها فضلا عن الإمكانيات التي تتيحها للمستخدم لاسترجاع المعلومات والوصول اليها في البيئة الرقمية. حيث تقدم هذه الورقة البحثية المفاهيم النظرية في موضوع انطولوجيا الويب الدلالي وإبراز العلاقة بين التقنيات التي تتيحها كل منها في استرجاع المعلومات بهدف معرفة دورها في رفع كفاءة نظم استرجاع المعلومات مما يحقق استرجاعها من خلال محركات البحث الدلالية. This study dealt with a semantic web Ontology technique and its role in information retrieval by presenting its concept, structure and construction of Ontology as well as the capabilities It provides to the user to retrieve information and access It in the digital environment. Where this paper presents theoretical concepts in the subject of semantic web ontology and highlights the relationship between the techniques that each of them provides in information retrieval in order to know its role in raising the efficiency of information retrieval systems, which achieves its retrieval through semantic search engines
