Architectural Archives: Documentary Diversity And Management Methods In The Context Of Digital Transformation

The architectural archives constitutes a wealth of documents and information that generally express the urban environment and its development throughout history. Collecting, preserving and sharing the archive related to architecture with the public not only contributes to enhancing knowledge about architecture as a cultural and civilizational product that attracts private and public interest, but all of these steps are considered a means to ensure the preservation, maintenance and protection of buildings and residential neighborhoods, and their reuse and exploitation in an appropriate manner. In this context, this study focuses on identifying the architectural archives, as an institutional memory and evidence of all documents and files for projects and designs on building engineering and the development of architecture, in addition to identifying its forms and methods of managing, archiving and preserving it. يشكل أرشيف العمارة ثروة من الوثائق والمعلومات التي تعبر بصفة عامة عن البيئة العمرانية وتطورها عبر التاريخ، فجمع الأرشيف المتعلق بالهندسة المعمارية وحفظه ومشاركته مع العامة لا يساهم فحسب في تعزيز المعرفة حول العمارة كنتاج ثقافي وحضاري يستقطب اهتماما خاصا وعاما، بل تعتبر هذه الخطوات كلها وسيلة لضمان المحافظة على الأبنية والأحياء السكنية وصونها وحمايتها، وإعادة استخدامها واستغلالها بالشكل المناسب، في هذا الإطار، تصب هذه الدراسة حول التعرف على أرشيف الهندسة المعمارية، كذاكرة مؤسساتية ودليل إثبات لكل الوثائق والملفات لمشاريع وتصاميم حول هندسة البناء وتطور العمارة، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أشكاله وطرق تسيير وأرشفته وحفظه.

يعتبر الوعي المعلوماتي عنصر من عناصر الثقافة الرقمية التي تربطنا بالعالم الرقمي، لهذا يجد طلبة الجامعة أنفسهم أمام تحديات كبيرة من أجل تطوير معارفهم العلمية وتحسين مهاراتهم للتحكم في المعلومة وطرق الوصول إليها واسترجاعها وإمكانية تقييمها، مما يخلق لدى هذه الفئات درجة من الوعي المعلوماتي، خاصة إذا تعلق الأمر ببيئة رقمية، لهذا حاولنا من خلال معالجة هذا الموضوع إبراز دور وأهمية الوعي المعلوماتي في البيئة الأكاديمية الجامعية، من خلال إجراء دراسة حالة على طلبة المرحلة النهائية للماستر، بقسم علم المكتبات والتوثيق بجامعة الجزائر 2، التي تتعلق بمختلف التخصصات، سواء في مجال الأرشيف أو التكنولوجيا أو معالجة وتسيير المعلومات، ومدى الوعي المعلوماتي لهذه الفئة، في عملية التحكم في مهارات وتقنيات البحث، ومدى فعالية الإتصال العلمي في إكتساب الثقافة الرقمية. Information literacy is an element of the digital culture that connects us to the digital world, so university students find themselves facing great challenges in order to develop their scientific knowledge and improve their skills to control information and ways to access and retrieve it and the possibility of evaluating it, which creates a degree of information literacy for these groups, especially if it comes to a digital environment, so we tried by addressing this topic to highlight the role and importance of information literacy in the university academic environment, by conducting a case study on stage students The final master's degree, Department of Library Science and Documentation, University of Algiers 2, which relates to various disciplines, whether in the field of archives, technology, processing and management of information, the extent of information literacy for this category, in the process of controlling research skills and techniques, and the effectiveness of scientific communication in acquiring digital culture.
