يركز بحثنا على المواقع الأثرية الريفية التي تم إثباتها خلال الفترة القديمة، مع وجود بقايا تكشف عن الاستيطان البشري والاستقرار في المناطق الواقعة على مشارف المراكز الحضرية الكبرى. الدراسة في مجملها عبارة عن مشروع بحثي تقني يشمل معاصر محفورة في الصخور منتشرة في جميع أنحاء ولاية سكيكدة. وقد كان لهذه المنشآت التقليدية تأثير اقتصادي من خلال إنتاج منتوجين مستهلكين على نطاق واسع: الزيت والنبيذ. تناولنا أيضًا موضوع الزراعة في العصر الروماني، محاولين تسليط الضوء على سماتها الخاصة ودراية السكان المحليين في إتقان التقنيات المرتبطة بأساليب الزراعة. وتحقيقًا لهذه الغاية، فإن الخطوة الأولى هي إجراء جرد لجميع الآثار المادية، بما في ذلك معاصر النبيذ في سياقها المكاني والزماني، من أجل جمع المعلومات التي ستمكننا من إعادة تصور الحركات التي كان يقوم بها الأشخاص الذين كانوا مسؤولين عن إنتاج هذين المنتجين اللذين كانا ضروريين في حياتهم اليومية، بالنسبة للمجتمع بأكمله. تسلط الدراسة التقنية والمقارنة الضوء على الأنواع المختلفة من معاصر النبيذ والطريقة التي كانت تعمل بها، مما يتطلب نهجاً مميزاً لكل فئة. وأخيراً، سنحاول من خلال المقارنة مع النماذج الأخرى التي تم إثباتها في جميع أنحاء حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط، اقتراح تأريخ لهذه القطع الأثرية من أجل دمجها بشكل أفضل في سياقها التاريخي. Our research focuses on rural archaeological sites attested during the ancient period, with remains that reveal human settlement and stability in areas on the outskirts of major urban centres. The study as a whole is a work of technical research concerning the presses dug into the rock; these are located throughout the wilaya of Skikda. These traditional installations had an economic impact through the production of two widely consumed products: oil and wine. We also looked at the theme of agriculture in Roman times, trying to highlight its specific features and the know-how of the local population in mastering the techniques associated with farming methods. To this effect, the first step is to make an inventory of all the material traces, including the wine presses in their spatio-temporal context, in order to glean information that will enable us to recreate the gestures of the people who were responsible for producing these two products, which were necessary in their daily lives, for the whole community. The technical and comparative study highlights the different types of wine presses, as well as the world in which they functioned, requiring a distinctive approach for each category. Finally, through a comparison with other models attested around the Mediterranean basin, we will attempt to propose a dating for these artefacts in order to better integrate them into their historical context.
