    ترجمة النص الديني بين الأمانة والتصرف دراسة تحليلية نقدية لترجمة كتاب "القيم الحضارية في رسالة خير البشرية" إلى الإسبانية نموذجا

    تبحث هذه الدراسة في الإشكالية المركزية المتمثلة في تحديد الأسس العلمية والمنهجية لترجمة النصوص الدينية الإسلامية وتقييم جودتها، مستندةً إلى تحليل نظري وتطبيقي يجمع بين نماذج الترجمة الحديثة ومتطلبات الأمانة العقدية واللغوية. تنطلق من تفكيك مفهوم التصرّف في الترجمة، دواعيه، أنواعه، وحدود مشروعيته، مع تقديم تعريف إجرائي يتوافق مع خصوصية النص الديني. كما تستعرض كفاءات المترجم وفق نموذج كريستيان نورد، وتحلل مدى صلاحية نموذجها الوظيفي في التعامل مع النصوص الإسلامية، قبل اقتراح نموذج «الميزان» بوصفه إطارًا مكمّلًا يراعي البعد العقدي والشرعي والأخلاقي. ويتضمّن العمل تحليلًا عمليًا لعينات ترجمة عربية–إسبانية، مع تقييم منهجي دقيق، وصولًا إلى نتائج تحدّد معايير الأمانة، وحاجات التكوين، ومتطلبات بناء نموذج تقويمي متوازن. وتخلص الدراسة إلى توصيات تطبيقية تعزّز جودة ترجمة النصوص الإسلامية وتطوير سياسات تدريب المترجمين This study investigates the central question of how to establish rigorous methodological principles for translating Islamic religious texts and evaluating their quality. It combines theoretical and applied analysis, drawing on modern translation frameworks while addressing linguistic, cultural, and doctrinal requirements of fidelity. The research examines the concept of translational practices—including all strategies, techniques, and decisions employed by the translator—its motivations, types, and limits, and formulates an operational definition tailored to religious discourse. It also reviews translator competencies according to Christiane Nord’s functionalist model and assesses its adequacy for Islamic texts, before introducing the “Mīzān Model” as a complementary framework integrating doctrinal, legal, and ethical dimensions. The study includes a practical analysis of Arabic–Spanish translation samples of Cultural Values in the Message of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), offering a rigorous evaluative methodology. Findings establish criteria for fidelity, training needs, and the development of a balanced assessment model, culminating in practical recommendations to enhance the quality of Islamic religious translation and guide translator training
