This article deals with the e-education, which is an important aspect of education in general and higher education in particular‚ Which arose and evolved with the developments in the means of communication and new technologies that characterize the present age‚ It is difficult to dispense with a computer or a CD ‚Flash disc or presentation techniques like data show technology or the internet or email and other means of electronic education assistance to complete the educational process‚ In contrast, e-Education Needs and requirements make it means to achieve the desired goals best, needs a strong infrastructure makes it faces difficulties and constraints in some of the world's least developed countries.
