تحديد الاطار المفاهيمي للعلاج (المعرفي – السلوكي). Defining the conceptual framework (cognitive - behavioral).

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الجذور التاريخية للعلاج (المعرفي - السلوكي) من خلال اطاره النظري والمفاهيمي والمنهجي، واستنتج الباحث من خلال الدراسات السابقة واعمال الباحثين ان العلاج (المعرفي- السلوكي) يستمد جذوره من اعمال"A. Beck" في الستينات على مرض الاكتئاب (1963، 1964، 1967) واعمال "Ellis" (1962)، ويركزان على افكار واعتقادات المريض، وعلى الرغم من اختلاف اسلوبيهما حيث يركز "بيك" على الافكار التلقائية في حين يركز "اليس" على الافكار اللاعقلانية، وقد شارك معا في وضع اسس العلاج (المعرفي- السلوكي) الذي تاثر ايضا بنظرية التعلم الاجتماعي "لبندورا" "Bandura" وكان هذا واضحا في استخدام اسلوب النمذجة ولعب الدور. كما يشير مفهوم العلاج (المعرفي- السلوكي) الى كل الطرائق التي من شانها تخفيف الضغط النفسي وتصحيح الاعتقادات الخاطئة او تعديلها وهذا ما أشار اليه " "Beck(1976)، ويؤكد كل من "Beck وآخرون" (1979) ان العلاج (المعرفي- السلوكي) يعتمد في تنفيذ الاستراتيجية المعرفية العلاجية على مزيج خاص بين التقنيات السلوكية المعرفية والتشوهات المعرفية، ويؤكد ايضا "Beck" (1993) أن العلاج (المعرفي- السلوكي) يعتمد على التفاعل النشط بين المعالج والمتعالج.

The study aimed to identify the historical roots of cognitive behavioral therapy Though its theoretical, conseptual and mithodological framework, the reasercher concluded though previous studies and reasercher's work that cognitive-behavioral therapy devises its roots from "A. Beck" work (1963,1964,1967) in the sixties on depression and "Ellis" (1962), they focus on the thoughts and beliefs of the patient, although their stylles are different, "Beck" focuses on spontaneous thoughts, while "Aliss" focuses on irrational thoughts, and together they participated in laying the foundations of cognitive- behavioral therapy which was also affected by the social learning theory of Pandora, and this was avident in the use of the modeling method and role playing. As the concept of cognitive behavioral therapy refers to all the methods that relieve psychological stress and correct or modify false beliefs, this is what Beck (1976) referred to, Beck and All (1979) assert that cognitive behavioral therapy depents on a special combi nation of cognitive behavioral techniques and cognitive distortions in implementing the therapeutic cognitive strategy. And Beck (1993) emphasizes that cognitive behavioral therapy depents on the active interaction between the terapist and the patient.
