Abstract

برزت أمهية الصحراء يف األجندة االستعمارية الفرنسية، بعدا كتشاف الثروات الباطنية، و يف هذا اإلطار جاءت املشاريع الفرنسية، من أجل إنشاء أطر التثمني الصحراء الفرنسية اقتصاداي، إبجراء إصالح عميق من أجل إعادة تقسيم وتنظيم الصحراء بربوز مصطلح الفصل أي فصل اجلنوب اجلزائري عن مشاهلا، من أجل تنمية »الصحراءالفرنسية«، من خالل استغالل ثرواهتا يف إطار وحدة إدارية سياسية، فطرحت مسألة تنظيم احلدود مشكلة يف غاية الصعوبة والتعقيد، لتيين فكرة املسار االقتصادي واالثين لألهايل كمعيار للتقسيم اإلداري ألراضي الصحراء.

The importance of the Sahara emerged in the French colonial agenda, after the discovery of the underground riches, and in this context the French projects came to establish frameworks for the economic valuation of the French Sahara, by undertaking a deepreform in order to re-divide andorganize the Sahara with the emergence of the term Separation, which means separating the Algerian south from its north, from in order to develop the”French Sahara”, by exploiting its wealth within the framework of administrative and political unit, the issue of border regulation posed an extremely difficult and complex problem, to enact the idea of the economic and ethnic path for the people as a criterion for the administrative division of the desert lands
