Abstract

تتناول هذه المطبوعة دروس خاصة بوحدة تاريخ النظم السياسية المعاصرة الموجهة لطلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس تخصص تاريخ الجزائر المعاصر للسداسي السادس التي تتضمن محاور أساسية تعالج أهم الأنظمة السياسية كالأنظمة الليبرالية بمختلف إيديولوجياتها السياسية مع التطرق إلى أهم مبادئها كمبدأ الشرعية وسيادة الأمة والفصل بين السلطات والتعرف على هياكل النظام البرلماني والنظام الرئاسي ونظام حكومة الجمعية مثل سويسرا كما تناولت الأنظمة الشمولية بمختلف أنواعها مع ذكر النظام السياسي السوفياتي المتمثل في اتحاد الجمهوريات السوفيتية الاشتراكية كنموذج للنظم السياسة الشمولية. This publication covers lessons on the unit of contemporary political systems history aimed at third-year students specializing in contemporary Algerian history for the sixth semester. It includes key topics addressing the most important political systems such as liberal systems with their various political ideologies, touching on its main principles like the principle of legitimacy, national sovereignty, separation of powers, and understanding the structures of parliamentary system, presidential system, and the government system of assembly like Switzerland. It also discusses comprehensive systems in all their forms, mentioning the Soviet political system represented by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics as a model of comprehensive political systems.
