أشكال وأساليب الجريمة في الوسط الحضري الجزائري

Abstract

تعتبر الجريمة ظاهرة اجتماعية قديمة صاحبت عملية التحضر التي شهدها المجتمع الجزائري على غرار المجتمعات الأخرى و، وكذا الزيادة السكانية والمشكلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تعاني منها المدن لاسيما الكبرى منها، والتقلبات في الأوضاع المعيشية وما أفرزته من احتياجات الأفراد جعلتهم يلجاؤن إلى الجريمة لإشباع حاجاتهم ، وسد العجز المعيشي وتعويض الفارق الاجتماعي في مستوى الحياة ،وقد أصبحت الجريمة أحد الوسائل لتحقيق هذا الغرض،فالسلوك الغير سوي وعدم تكيف الفرد مع المجتمع الحضري والبيئة المتمدنة أدى به إلى ارتكاب الجريمة بمختلف أشكالها وبكل أساليب ،أين نجد الظروف المحيطة تؤثر بواقع الجريمة والجاني.

Crime is an old social phenomenon that accompanied the process of urbanization witnessed by Algerian society, similar to other societies, as well as the population increase and the social and economic problems that cities suffer from, especially the major ones, , and the fluctuations in living conditions and the resulting needs of individuals made them resort to crime to satisfy their needs, and to fill the living deficit And compensate for the social difference in the level of life, and crime has become one of the means to achieve this purpose, , the abnormal behavior and the individual’s lack of adaptation to the urban society and the civilized environment led him to committing crime in all its forms and by all methods, where we find the surrounding circumstances affect reality of crime and the offender.
