dc.description.abstractThis research paper aims to shed light on the phenomenon of returning migration and the extent of the ability of returning migrants to social and economic integration in their country of origin, as we also seek to highlight the most important elements that distinguish the policy of absorbing this type of migration in the countries of the Maghreb in addition to knowing whether this group was able Of returning migrants, contributing to the social and economic development of the countries of origin. To this end, we have relied on the most important theories that tried to understand and explain this phenomenon, as was the reliance on the MIRAM study that was jointly carried out between Algerian, Moroccan and Tunisian research laboratories. We have reached important results to the effect that returnees from migration on a voluntary basis were able in most cases to social integration, but they were unable to integrate economically for many reasons, most notably administrative, organizational andar_AR
