Abstract

تسعى هذه المطبوعة إلى إثراء الرصيد المعرفي لطلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس تخصص علم السكان في وحدة الإسقاطات الديموغرافية، وذلك من خلال تعرّفهم على الإسقاطات الديموغرافية والمفاهيم الأساسية لها وإلمامهم بالمعلومات الضرورية حول كيفية حساب التقديرات المستقبلية للسكان، وهذا من خلال تلقينهم الكيفية التي يستطيع من خلالها تقدير السكان بالطريقة الرياضية، وذلك على أساس معدلات الصيغة العددية والهندسية والأسية للنمو، وكذلك معرفة مختلف المعدلات التي تسمح بالتبؤ السكاني عن طريق الطريقة التركيبة إلى جانب فروض التقدير( الخصوبة، الوفيات، الهجرة)، وبهذا يكتسب الطالب مهارات تأهله لاستخدام المفاهيم والفرضيات والمعدلات، والنظريات السكانية في فهم الواقع السكاني للمجتمع والتغيرات السكانية فيه وأسبابه This publication aims to enrich the knowledge base of third-year undergraduate students majoring in Population Studies, specifically within the course unit of Demographic Projections. It seeks to familiarize students with demographic projections and their core concepts, equipping them with essential knowledge on how to estimate future population figures. This is achieved by teaching them mathematical methods of population estimation, based on numerical, geometric, and exponential growth formulas. Moreover, the material introduces various rates that enable population forecasting through the cohort-component method, incorporating assumptions related to fertility, mortality, and migration. Through this learning process, students acquire the skills necessary to apply demographic concepts, assumptions, rates, and theories in analyzing the demographic reality of societies, understanding population changes, and identifying their underlying causes.
