Human thought and essence are expressed through the linguistic act, and translation is a channel which enables conveying ideas embodied in words that can carry declarative or implicit meanings conveyed by the diplomatic translator with all the ideological, cultural and political interactions associated with it meaning and put him in front of the problem of code of conduct and choice between meaning and style. The stakes oftranslation in this specialty go beyond linguistic maneuvers to become a focus of manipulations with disastrous consequences. Beyond the above, we seek to determine the importance of activating psychological, cognitive and linguistic gains in the performance ofthe diplomatic translator, and the methods of its implementation of verbal intelligence in the translation process, as we approach this topic from a psychological, linguistic and cognitive point of view within the framework of interdisciplinary intersection.ar_AR
