Guidance parentale des déficients mentaux épileptiques : quelle stratégie de prise en Charge, avec quels moyens ?

Abstract

Il s’agit dans notre étude d’un cas clinique représenté par Yacine, 16 ans, atteint d’un handicap mental et d’une pathologie comitiale. L’objectif est de décrire sa prise en charge commune par sa famille et une équipe médico-pédagogique. L’importance que revêt le travail pour la qualité de vie des personnes déficientes peut-être illustrée dans le cadre d’un suivi pluridisciplinaire comme celui dont il est question dans notre intervention. L’équipe soignante est composée d’infirmières spécialisées d’assistantes sociales, de psychologues, d’orthophonistes, mais aussi d’un éducateur spécialisé dans la poterie ainsi que d’un autre spécialisé, lui, dans le sport. Dans le cas de Yacine, un projet institutionnel proposé par l’équipe a permis de l’introduire dans un atelier de poterie, afin de l’initier aux activités préprofessionnelles et thérapeutiques, tout en développant en lui des capacités aux travaux manuels susceptibles de faciliter son intégration sociale.

We will talk in our study of Yacine's case, a mentally handicapped teenager (16 years old) suffering from an epileptic pathology. Our objective is to describe the way he is taken care of by his family and a medical and educational team. The importance of working for the quality of life of impaired persons can be shown as part of a multidisciplinary follow-up like the one discussed in our response. The healthcare team is compound of specialized nurses, social workers, psychologist, and speech therapists but also of an educator specialized in pottery and another one specialized in sport. In Yacine’s case, an institutional project was proposed by the team, allowing him to be part of the pottery workshop in order to initiate him to pre-professional and therapeutic activities while developing in him manual capacities that could facilitate his social insertion.

يتعلق الأمر في دراستنا بحالة اكلينيكية متمثلة في الطفل ياسين 16 سنة مصاب بإعاقة ذهنية، ومرض الصرع. فهدفنا من ذلك هو وصف كفالته المشتركة من طرف عائلته والفرقة الطبية البيداغوجية. كما تظهر الأهمية التي يحملها هذا العمل، كونه يسعى لتحسين جودة معيشة الأشخاص المعاقين والتي يمكن توضيحها في إطار متابعة متعددة التخصصات كما هي في مداخلتنا. فريق الرعاية الصحية متمثلة في ممرضة متخصصة، ومساعدة اجتماعية (مختصة في علم الاجتماع العائلي والطفولة والرعية الاجتماعية)، ومختصة في علم النفس العيادي وعلاج النطق والكلام، وايضا مربي مختص في صناعة الفخار واخر مختص في الرياضة. في حالة ياسين مشروع المؤسسي مقترح من طرف الفرقة مما سمح بإدخاله في ورشة صناعة الفخار بهدف استهلال للنشاطات قبل المهنية والعلاجية مع تطوير لديه قدرات على القيام بأعمال يدوية تسهل التكيّف الاجتماعي.
