ضغوط العمل وعلاقتها الذكاء الانفعالي لدى الاطارات

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى ضغوط العمل والذكاء الانفعالي لدى الاطارات وطبيعة العلاقة بين الضغوط العمل والذكاء الانفعالي، واستخدمنا النهج الوصفي الملائم لطبيعة موضوعنا، معتمدين على الأدوات والمقاييس الأتية: مقياس ضغوط العمل (الأعراض)،و مقياس الذكاء العاطفي من إعداد محمد إبراهيم القداح وجمال عبد الفتاح العساف ، و تمت المعالجة الاحصائية ببرنامج الاحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية، واسفرت النتائج كالأتي: مستوى المرتفع للضغط، والعلاقة العكسية بين ضغوط العمل والذكاء الانفعالي لدى الاطارات الجزائرية. . Abstrat: This study tends to show the level of stress at work and emotional intelligence of head managers as well as the relationship between them. Having regard of the type of this topic, we used the descriptive method which seems best appropriate, Thus, we focused on the following criteria : Work stress level (indications) ; emotional intelligence drawn up by Mohamed Ibrahim FADAH and Djamel Abdelfatah EL- ASSAF. The statistical analysis based on the statistical program for social sciences that led to the following results : High level of stress; Inverse relationship of work-stress and emotional intelligence for Algerian executive managers.
