Abstract

عرفت الدولة العثمانية خلال تاريخها الطويل، العديد من الوقائع والأحداث التي أثرت بشكل من الأشكال عليها. ومن بين هذه الأحداث: الثورة الصناعية التي أحدثت تغيرات جذرية وثورة عارمة على طرق الإنتاج ووسائله، وأثرت بنتائجها وانعكاساتها على دول العالم بما فيها الدولة العثمانية التي سعت لمواكبة ذلك التطور الذي تزعّمته أوربا خلال القرن التاسع عشر، أملا في إعادة انبعاثها والحفاظ على كيانها وممتلكاتها. ولهذا سنحاول في هذه الدراسة أن نتعرف على مدى تأثير الثورة الصناعية على الدولة العثمانية من خلال عملية تجميعية دقيقة لبعض الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت هذا الموضوع، بدأ بتقديم مفاهيم متعددة ومختلفة عن الثورة الصناعية والمكننة وذكر العوامل المساعدة على قيام الثورة الصناعية في أوربا، ومراحل تطورها، وأهم مظاهرها ونتائجها على أوربا وعلى الدولة العثمانية على حد سواء.
