التربية على المواطنة في مناهج التربية المدنية للتعليم المتوسط ما بين تشكيل الوعي والممارسات المدنيَة

Abstract

إن الهدف من هذا المقال هو تحديد مفهوم التربية على المواطنة من خلال مناهج التربية المدنية، وكيفية انتقال المفاهيم المدنية من المستوى النظري إلى مستوى الممارسة، انطلاقا من النسق المدرسي إلى النسق الأوسع. إن الفرد منذ ولادته يمر بمراحل عدة يدخل من خلالها في علاقة تفاعل مع المجتمع الذي يعيش فيه متأثرا بالمعايير والقيم السائدة فيه، حيث يكتسب خبرات تُعدل من سلوكه وتُنمي شخصيته لأداء دوره كفرد فعال في ذلك المجتمع، والمدرسة بوصفها مؤسسة تربوية، معنية هي أخرى بهذا الدور، لأن مهمتها لا تتمثل في بناء المعارف ونقلها للمتعلمين فقط، وإنمَا في كيفية إعداد المواطن وفقا للسياقات والجهات الفاعلة لخلق روابط اجتماعية، قائمة على أساس المواطنة الفعالة، التي هي أساس الدولة المدنيَة الحديثة في النشوء والتكوين والاستمرارية.

The purpose of this article is to define the concept of citizenship education through the curricula of civic education, and how to move the civil concepts from theory to practice, from the school system to the wider system. The individual passes from birth through several stages during which he interacts with other members of the society where he lives, influenced by prevailing norms and values, he gains experiences that modifies his behavior and develops his personality to play his role effectively as a social person. School as an educational institution prepares it to play its role; its mission is not only to build and transmit knowledge to learners, but also to prepare citizens and actors to create social ties based on effective citizenship, the foundation of a modern civil state.
