Abstract

réalité juridique du dépôt des œuvres artistiques et littéraire en Algérie via les textes de lois en vigueur qui scinde L'ONDA depuis le début du doit d'auteurs et droits voisins jusqu'en 2017. Le travail fournis des statistiques sur la typologie des œuvres concernées par la protection tiré du terrain, ainsi que l'analyse des textes qui éclaire le domaine, la limite de l'intervention de l'ONDA, pour étudié par la suite les causes qui conduit au dépôt et sa persévérance toujours en se basant sur les changement et modification des lois, pour arriver à connaitre les vrais obstructions au concernée de déposé leurs ouvres afin de préservé les droits garantis par l'ONDA. Abstract The study provides the legal and real status for the deposit of literary and artistic works in Algeria, though presenting legislative texts organized for this field and the task entrusted to the national bureau of copyright since the copyright was launched in Algeria to 2017. The study presents statistics on the classes of works concerned with the protection we have sorted them after previewing the field. Also it analysed the content of the legal texts that show the area and the limits of intervention of the bureau in order to search the reasons that effect the reaction of the deposit and its frequency, depending on the laws and amendments occurring with the analysis of the contents of this last topic bond and statistically in so that to know the real reasons for the reluctance of the owners of rights by OND
