Abstract

The effects of war on children have been devastating wherever they may be, Arab children in general and Palestinian children in particular have suffered many physical and psychological effects ... reflecting the various manifestations of the violation of their rights, there are nations that have lived through generations and generations of war, such as the Algerian child who suffered through generations of colonialism, not to mention the black decade. We also find that the Palestinian child, whose father and mother and even his ancestors suffered from the war in their childhood for more than 60 years and are still suffering. We do not know how long the daily wars and attacks on Palestine will continue. The suffering of the Palestinian child and the aggression of his personality became evident as the statistics confirm the increase in the number of children disabled by war, not to mention the negative psychological effects, and do not forget the child prisoners behind Israeli bars who suffer from severe abuse, beatings and broken bones, malnutrition and imprisonment with Israeli adult criminal prisoners. And the martyrs who died after the terror of bombing and raids; that the Israeli aggression 2008-2009, which lasted 22 days, killed 320 isolated children. إن آثار الحروب على الأطفال كانت مدمرة أينما كانت، فالأطفال العرب عامة والأطفال الفلسطينيين خاصة، عانوا كثيرا من آثار ها جسمانيا او نفسيا... مما يعكس مختلف مظاهر انتهاك حقوقهم، فهناك دول عاشت سلالات وأجيال في الحرب، مثل الطفل الجزائري الذي عانى عبر أجيال من الاستعمار، ناهيك عن العشرية السوداء. كما نجد أن الطفل الفلسطيني، حيث أن أباه وأمه بل اجداده عانوا من الحرب في طفولتهم منذ أكثر من 60 عاما وما زالوا يعانون، ولا ندري الى متى ستبقى الحروب والاعتداءات اليومية على فلسطين، فالمعاناة مستمرة يوميا دون توقف. ان معاناة الطفل الفلسطيني وتعرضه لهتك شخصيته، أصبح واضحا للعيان حيث ان الإحصائيات تؤكد ازدياد عدد الاطفال المعاقين بسبب الحرب ناهيك عن الآثار النفسية السلبية، ولا ننسى الاطفال الاسرى المعتقلين خلف القضبان الإسرائيلية، الذين يعانون من شدة سوء المعاملة والضرب وكسر العظام، وسوء التغذية وسجنهم مع مساجين جنائيين إسرائيليين بالغين. والأطفال الشهداء الذين ماتوا بعد رعب القصف والغارات؛ ان العدوان الاسرائيلي 2008_2009 الذي دام 22 يوم قتل 320 طفل اعزل. Les effets de la guerre sur les enfants ont été dévastateurs où qu'ils soient, les enfants arabes en général et les enfants palestiniens en particulier ont subi de nombreux effets physiques et psychologiques… reflétant les diverses manifestations de la violation de leurs droits. Il y a des nations qui ont traversé des générations et des générations de guerre, comme l'enfant algérien qui a souffert à travers des générations de colonialisme, sans parler de la décennie noire ; Nous constatons également que l'enfant palestinien, comme son père et mère et même ses ancêtres, ont souffert de la guerre dans leur enfance pendant plus de 60 ans, et qu'ils souffrent encore, nous ne savons pas pour combien de temps les guerres et les attaques contre la Palestine continueront. La souffrance de l'enfant palestinien et les agressions contre sa personnalité sont devenues évidentes lorsque les statistiques confirment l'augmentation du nombre d'enfants handicapés par la guerre, sans parler des effets psychologiques négatifs, et n'oublions pas les enfants emprisonnés derrière les barreaux israéliens qui subissent de graves sévices, des coups, des fractures, la malnutrition et des peines de prison avec des prisonniers criminels adultes israéliens. Et les martyrs qui sont morts après la terreur des bombardements et des raids, que l'agression israélienne de 2008-2009, qui a duré 22 jours, ont tué 320 enfants ont été isolés.
