Abstract

The novel was and remains the voice of East-West dialog due to its ability to reflect social, economic and cultural processes and to represent them in its growth movement, development and complexity; For this it occupied the forefront of contemporary critical studies and attracted the attention of critics, because it is the historical record of the mankind's march presented in a distinctive artistic way. And in the history of the narrative imagination of this dialogue the meet between them seemed impossible, so the civilizational confrontation was the notable attribute in the novel, and then come the novel of "Abdullah al aroui" titled "Alienation " )الغربة( to make a new zig by presenting an intellectual proposition that deals with the system of meeting between East and West, foreseeing a new relationship with the other.
