الــتكــفــــل الـــمؤســســــاتــي بــالأشخــــاص الــمــسنـــيــن فــي الــجــزائـــر "دار الــمســنين صالح باي بسطيف نــمـــوذجا"

Abstract

عملت الجزائر منذ استقلالها على الاهتمام بكافة شرائح المجتمع، وقد نالت فئة كبار السن نصيبها من هذا الاهتمام من خلال التكفل المؤسساتي بدور الأشخاص المسنين، لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على نموذج إحدى هذه الدور من خلال الكشف عن مختلف مجالات الرعاية التي تقدمها لمقيميها، والتي تبين لنا من خلال النتائج التي توصلنا إليها أنها رعاية متعددة الجــــــــوانب(نفسية، صحية، اجتماعية وترفيهية)، هذا إضافة إلى المنظومة التشريعية الهامة - كنظام التقاعد والحماية الاجتماعية التي تطورها الحكومة سنويا مواكبة للمستجدات العالـمية والتوصيات الأممية والاهتمامات الأكاديمية، أملا في الوصول إلى أرقى درجات التكفّـل سواء المؤسساتي أو في الوسط الأسري، والذي يحقق إشباع حاجات المسنين بناء على خصائص ومشكلات المرحلة العمرية التي يعيشونها.

Since its independence, Algeria has taken care of all segments of society. The elderly have gained their share of this interest through the institutionalization of the role of older persons. This study has shed light on the model of one of these roles by revealing the different areas of care provided to its residents. Our findings show that it is a multi-faceted care (psychosocial, health, social and recreational), in addition to the important legislative system - the retirement and social protection system developed by the government annually in line with international developments, UN recommendations and academic interests, hoping to reach the highest care levels provided at both institutional level or in the family environment, achieving the fulfilment of the elderly’s needs according to their characteristics and the problems related with their age.
