المردود التعليمي للمعلمة و علاقته بالدروس الخصوصية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن ظاهرة الدروس الخصوصية التي عرفت إقبالا واسعا لدى تلامذة الأقسام الثانوية، لتصل إلى جميع المستويات بما فيها الأقسام الابتدائية، أين أصبح الأولياء يلجئون إليها لتدعيم المستوى التعليمي لأبنائهم. حاولنا إلقاء الضوء على الأسباب الرئيسية التي جعلت من المرأة عنصر هام في ميدان التعليم، مشيرين بذلك إلى العوامل الشخصية والمهنية وأثرها على المردود التعليمي للمعلمة والمستوى التعليمي للتلميذ. وتوصلنا إلى إظهار حقيقة أن الظروف المادية تفرض على المرأة تقديم الدروس الخصوصية، مما أثر سلبا على أدائها داخل وخارج المؤسسة التعليمية، إضافة إلى سلبيات المنظومة التربوية وعدم مسؤولية الآباء. This study aims at identifying the phenomenon of private tutoring, which has gained large approval among high school students and reached all levels including primary classes. Parents rely on it to maintain the academic standard of their children. We have tried to highlight the main reasons that make woman a fundamental element in the educational sphere, by indicating the impact of the personal and professional factors on the teacher’s performance. We could demonstrate that due to the material conditions, woman have recourse to private tutoring, which harms her performance inside and outside the school, added to the inconveniences of the educational system and the parents’ irresponsibility as well. Cette étude vise à identifier le phénomène des cours particuliers, qui a connu une large expansion chez les lycéens en atteignant tous les niveaux y compris les classes primaires auxquels les parents ont recours pour renforcer le niveau scolaire de leurs enfants. Nous avons essayé de souligner les raisons principales qui font de la femme un élément important dans la sphère éducative, en indiquant l’impact des facteurs personnels et professionnels sur le rendement de la maitresse d’école et le niveau scolaire de l’élève. Nous sommes parvenus à démontrer que les conditions matérielles imposent à la femme de recourir aux cours particuliers, ce qui nuit à son rendement à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de l’école auquel s’ajoute les inconvénients du système éducatif et l’irresponsabilité des parents.
