السیاق عند الأصولیین صیغة الأمر في الحدیث النبوي نموذجا

Abstract

نظرنا في هذه المذكرة في إشكالية نراها ذات أهمية بالغة ونراها ذات خطورة عظمة في قراءة وتأويل النص الشرعي عموما والنص الحديثي بالخصوص، وهي دور السياق وأثره في إنتاج المعنى المرتبط بالموقف الذي أنتج فيه. فكانت مذكرتنا ناظرة إلى تلك الإشكالية مجيبة عنها بأنّ السياق ذو دور مزدوج: الدور الأوّل في كونه ذا تأثير في إنتاج النص. والدور الثاني في كونه ذا تأثير في قراءة وتأويل ذلك النص. والنتيجة هي أهمية وخطورة السياق في الإنتاج والتلقي In this note, we looked at a problem that we see as extremely important and of great danger in reading and interpreting the legal text in general and the hadith text in particular, which is the role of context and its impact on the production of meaning related to the situation in which it was produced. Our memo was looking at that problem, answering it that the context has a dual role: the first role is that it has an impact on the production of the text. The second role is that it has an impact on reading and interpreting that text. The result is the importance and gravity of context in production and reception
