علاج الصدمة عند الطفل: دراسة حالة Ptsd

Abstract

نحاول في هذه الدراسة أن نقدم خبرة مزدوجة لباحثتين من اختصاصين مختلفين في علم النفس، أحدهما مختصة في علم النفس الاجتماعي، والثانية مختصة في علم النفس العيادي حول الكفالة النفسية والاجتماعية بحالة عيادية لطفلة تعاني من اضطراب الضغوط التالية للصدمة. حيث قامت المختصة العيادية بتشخيص الحالة بالعيادة النفسية الخاصة المتخصصة بالاستشارات النفسية والاجتماعية بمدينة ورقلة، وعلى ضوء هذا التشخيص تم تصميم برنامج معرفي سلوكي من طرف الباحثتين بغرض استهداف الأعراض المرضية المسببة للاضطراب؛ حيث قُدم للتطبيق من طرف المختصة العيادية مضيفًا إليه حصصا في الإرشاد العائلي موجهة للأسرة خاصة والدة الحالة محل الدراسة. وتمّ في الأخير تقويم الحالة عيادياً، واجتماعيا من كلا الباحثتين، فكانت النتائج جيدة ودالة وتمثلت في تحسن ملحوظ في شخصية الحالة من الناحية المعرفية والسلوكية والاجتماعية. تعاملنا في هذه الدراسة الميدانية مع مفاهيم نظرية كانت الداعم الأساس لتقدّم بحثنا وهي: مفهوم الصدمة؛ أعراضها وأثرها على شخصية الطفل، وأهمية التدرب على تقنيات العلاج المعرفي السلوكي وتقنية IRRT وهذا ما أعطى نتائج جيدة ودالة.

In this study, we try to provide a double experience of two researchers in psychology, one in social psychology and the other in clinical psychology, on the psychopathological and social supported of a clinical case suffering from post-stress disorder. -traumatic. For it; the diagnosis was made by the clinical psychologist at a private clinic specialized in psychological and social counseling in Ouargla. In light of this diagnosis, a behavioral cognitive program was designed by both researchers to target the pathological symptoms that cause the disorder. The program was applied by the clinical psychologist in addition to family counseling sessions, particularly for the mother of the child being studied. Lastly, the clinical and social evaluation was done by the two researchers. The results were significant and represented a marked improvement in the child's personality from a cognitive, behavioral and social point of view. This practical study was based on theoretical concepts representing the main support for the advancement of our research: the concept of the trauma, its symptoms and its impact on the personality of the child and the importance of the training on the cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, and IRRT technique which has yielded rapid and significant results.
