المعوقات الاجتماعية والأسرية للتخطيط الحضري

Abstract

تعاني أغلب المدن الجزائرية من المظاهر السّلبية التي تسيء للوضع المنشود الذي يستهدفه التخطيط الحضري، والتي تتعدّد عواملها، وتتداخل في نشأتها ظروف ومؤثرات عديدة نعتبرها معوقات تتسبب في حدوث انحرافات متفاوتة تخلّ بالأهداف المرسومة للخطـــط. نرى أنّ من بينها معوقات اجتماعية وأسرية تتمثل في مجموع أنماط السلوك وأشكال التنظيـــم والعلاقات الاجتمـــاعية والتي من الواجب دراستها وتحليلها وفهم أسبابها وتقويمها أو القضاء عليها.

Most Algerian cities suffer from the negative aspects that harm the desired situation that is targeted by urban planning, which has many factors, and its origins overlap in many conditions and influences which we consider to be obstacles that cause different deviations that undermine the objectives of the plans. We see that among these social and family obstacles are the total types of behavior and the forms of organization and social relations, which must be studied and analyzed, and understanding the causes and assessment or elimination.
