Abstract
A new discourse and a comprehensive current has emerged in contemporary Islamic thought that recorded its distinguished presence on the contemporary intellectual scene, because it was not limited to addressing doctrinal issues or a political call to resist colonialism and dependency, but rather a renewal speech that proceeds from considering Islam an integrated civilized project that does not concern a spatial environment nor a temporal circumstance Not a specific gender, but this discourse was distinguished in its adoption of the basic literature of religion, and this is what makes us call it to be called: the civilizational renewal stream. This color emerged from the renewal during the deterioration of Islamic civilization, which contemplated the emergence of Ibn Khaldoun, who attributed the fall of Islamic civilization to the spread of heresies in Deen and the companionship in jurisprudence, mental paralysis and political rupture, which paved the way for colonialism. Therefore, Ibn Khaldun's call for renewal provided an appropriate treatment for his nation’scrisis, and most researchers have included Malik bin Nabi as Ibn Khaldun, the modern era, and the greatest and most prominent thinker has paid great attention to Islamic civilizational thought since Ibn Khaldoun, as he established the rules of the school of civilizational renewal in contemporary Islamic thought
