قراءة نفسية اجتماعية لظاهرة عمالة الأطفال في الجزائر

Abstract

This paper aims at finding out the causes of child labor in Algeria from an educational, psychological and social point of view and identifying its causes from the point of view of the working children themselves and looking for solutions to eliminate this phenomenon. A review of the relevant literature and the presentation of some cases allowed to identify the most important dimensions, circumstances and reasons that led the child to enter the field of work, and the researcher found that reducing the phenomenon of child labor requires the adoption of a strategy based on the positive impact on the causes of the production of this phenomenon. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى معرفة أسباب إنتشار ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال في الجزائر من وجهة النظر التربوية والنفسية والاجتماعية والتعرف على أسبابها من وجهة نظر الأطفال العاملين أنفسهم، والبحث عن الحلول المقترحة للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة. ومن خلال مراجعة الأدبيات ذات العلاقة وعرض بعض الحالات تم التعرف على أهم الأبعاد والظروف والأسباب التي دفعت بالطفل إلى دخول ميدان العمل، كما توصل الباحث إلى أن الحد من ظاهرة عمل الأطفال يقتضي تبني إستراتيجية تقوم على التأثير ايجابياً في الأسباب المنتجة لهذه الظاهرة. Ce document a pour objectif de rechercher les causes du travail des enfants en Algérie d’un point de vue éducatif, psychologique et social, et d’en identifier les causes du point de vue des enfants travailleurs eux-mêmes et de rechercher des solutions pour éliminer ce phénomène. Une revue de la littérature pertinente et la présentation de quelques cas ont identifié les dimensions, circonstances et raisons les plus importantes qui ont amené l'enfant à entrer dans le monde du travail. Le chercheur a constaté que la réduction du phénomène du travail des enfants nécessitait l'adoption d'une stratégie basée sur un impact positif sur les causes de la production de ce phénomène.
