Abstract

هذا البحث يتناول احد المفاهيم القائمة عليها صناعة المعلومات والمتمثلة في تكنولوجيات الحديثة خاصة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، حيث تطرقنا اولا الى تقديم تعريف لصناعة المعلومات التي تم تناولها من عدة زوايا لإبراز مختلف وجهات النظر التي يمكن بها معالجة هذا المفهوم ثم تطرقنا الى هذه الصناعة بالجزائر، من خلال مختلف الامكانيات التي تتوفر عليها في مجال تكنولوجيات الحديثة معتمدين على المؤشرات التي قدمها الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات من اجل قياس وتقييم تطورات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات و هذا برصد مختلف المشاريع التي قامت بها الجزائر ومازالت تقوم بها من اجل تطوير وانتشار تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال وتثبيت اسس مجتمع المعلومات حديث This research deals with one of the concepts of information industry, namely, modern technologies, especially information and communication technologies, where we first addressed the definition of the information industry, which was addressed from several angles to highlight the different views that can be addressed this concept and then we touched on this industry in Algeria, The possibilities available in the field of modern technologies are based on the indicators provided by ITU to measure and evaluate ICT developments by monitoring the various projects carried out by Algeria and still carried out by the.
