علاقة الوظائف التنفيذية باضطراب التسمية الشفهية عند المصاب بحبسة بروكا

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة كل من الوظائف التنفيذية (الكف، المرونة الذهنية، التخطيط، الذاكرة العاملة، التنشيط والتنظيم الانفعالي) باضطراب التسمية الشفهية عند المصاب بحبسة بروكا. طبق البحث على مجموعة قوامها 11 حالة مصابة بحبسة بروكا، وتعاني من اضطراب في التسمية الشفهية، تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 55 و75 سنة. وذلك باستعمال المنهج الوصفي لطبيعة الدراسة المرتبطة بإيجاد علاقة بين متغيرين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قمنا بتطبيق اختبار التسمية الشفهية DO60 واستبيان ملمح التسيير التنفيذي. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة بين اضطراب التسمية الشفهية وعمل الوظائف التنفيذية This study aimed to know the relationship of each of the executive functions (handling mental flexibility, planning, working memory, activation and emotional regulation) with verbal naming disorder in a person with Broca’s aphasia. The research was applied to a group of 11 cases suffering from Broca’s aphasia and suffering from an oral naming disorder, their ages ranged between 55 and 75 years, using the descriptive approach of the nature of the study associated with finding a relationship between two variables. To achieve the aim of the study, we applied the D060 image naming test and PGEX executive management profile questionnaire. The results of the study revealed a correlation between verbal naming disorder and executive functioning.
