وحدة إدارة و معالجة الارشيف النهائي

Abstract

تُقدم هذه المطبوعة عرضًا شاملًا لمختلف المحاور والموضوعات المتعلقة بإدارة ومعالجة الأرشيف النهائي. ونسعى من خلالها إلى تزويد طلبة السنة الأولى ماستر 1 بالمعارف والمهارات الأساسية التي تمكّنهم من التعامل مع الأرشيف النهائي، ومواجهة التحديات المرتبطة بإدارته ومعالجته، ووضعه في متناول المستفيدين على مستوى المؤسسات الأرشيفية. وقد جاءت هذه المطبوعة في سبعة محاور رئيسية، تناولنا في المحور الأول تعريفًا بالإدارة والمؤسسات الأرشيفية، أما المحور الثاني فقد خُصّص لعرض خصائص ومبادئ الأرشيف، في حين عالجنا في المحور الثالث موضوع تكوين وإثراء أرصدة الأرشيف النهائي. أما المحور الرابع فركز على كيفية معالجة الأرشيف النهائي، وتناول المحور الخامس موضوع الاطلاع على هذا النوع من الأرشيف، ليُختم بالمحور السادس الذي خُصّص لتثمين الأرشيف النهائي

This publication provides a comprehensive overview of the various themes and topics related to the management and processing of final archives. It aims to equip first-year Master's students (Master 1) with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle final archives, face the challenges of their management and processing, and make them accessible to users within archival institutions.

The content is structured into seven main sections: the first introduces archival management and institutions; the second presents the characteristics and principles of archives; the third discusses the formation and enrichment of final archive holdings; the fourth focuses on the processing of final archives; the fifth addresses access to these archives; and finally, the sixth section is devoted to their valorization.
