Intégration des enfants à besoins spécifiques en milieu scolaire - etude descriptive -

Abstract

Dans le cadre d’un projet intitulé « Education pour tous » et vers l’inclusion des enfants en situation de handicap ou a besoins spécifiques dans le système éducatif algérien lancé en 2010, des recherches ont été menées sur les obstacles et les facilitateurs de l’éducation des enfants en situation de handicap. Le diagnostic local s’est concentré principalement sur les enfants en situation de handicap inscrits dans des établissements spécialisés et ayant des capacités à suivre un programme scolaire mais ne bénéficiant pas de manière régulière et structurée d’un environnement accueillant et inclusif leur permettant d’accéder aux apprentissages, et répondant à leurs besoins spécifiques exprimés par les groupes cibles. Suite à des revendications des parents d’enfants handicapés, l’état a décidé que L’intégration doit être facilitée au mieux. C’est un droit et c’est légitime. Pour cela un travail colossal doit être mis au point. Les passerelles entre l’école ordinaire et les établissements spécialisés, lorsque le moment d’orientation arrive, doivent être consolidées, une question vient à se poser à quel type de difficultés professionnelles, parents et enfants se trouvent confrontés et comment y remédier ?
