Abstract

يعتبر علم النفس العمل والتنظيم إحدى فروع علم النفس، وهو يهتم بالأفراد ونشاطهم وسلوكهم وتصوراتهم. وترتبط كل من كلمتي العمل والتنظيم بميدان التدخل الذي يتمثل في النشاط والتركيز على العلاقة بين الفرد ومحيط العمل والمنظمات. فالمختص النفسي في المؤسسة يهتم إذا بالأشخاص العاملين والذين يريدون العمل، يبحث عن فهم كيف ينشط ويتفاعل الأفراد مع محددات وضعية العمل في إطار نسق تنظيمي. يتدخل المختص في علم النفس العمل والتنظيم من أجل فهم العمل، تغيير وتحسين هذه العلاقات، أو يعاد تحديدها من قبلهم. وضمت هذه المطبوعة المحاور الأساسية التالية: محور متعلق بماهية علم النفس العمل والتنظيم من خلال تعريفه وتوضيح أهميته وأهدافه ومختلف علاقاته مع التخصصات الأخرى. ثم محور متعلق بالمدارس الفكرية لعلم النفس العمل والتنظيم التي أظهرت تطور التخصص، ثم تمت الإشارة إلى منهجية تحليل العمل تمهيدا للمحور المتمثل في مجالات علم النفس العمل والتنظيم وأهم تطبيقاته Work and organizational psychology is considered one of the branches of psychology, and it is concerned with individuals, their activities, behavior, and perceptions. Both the words work and organization are linked to the field of intervention, which is activity and focus on the relationship between the individual, the work environment and organizations. The psychologist in the organization is therefore concerned with the people who work and those who want to work. He seeks to understand how individuals activate and interact with the determinants of the work situation within the framework of an organizational system. The work and organization psychologist intervenes in order to understand work, change and improve these relationships, or to be redefined by them. This publication included the following basic topics: A topic related to the definition of work and organizational psychology by defining it and clarifying its importance, goals, and various relationships with other disciplines. Then, an axis related to the theories of work and organizational psychology that showed the development of the specialty. Then, reference was made to the methodology of work analysis in preparation for the axis represented in the fields of work and organizational psychology and its most important applications
