تثمين التراث الثقافي المحلي من خلال المؤسسات الوطنية

Abstract

يعتبر التراث الثقافي أحد المكونات الرئيسية لهوية أي مجتمع و ثقافته ، فهو شكل ثقافي متميز يعكس الخصائص البشرية عميقة الجذور، فيه تحدد عراقة وأصالة هذه المجتمعات ، وقد أصبح الحفاظ على التراث الإنساني من الأولويات الملحة . في هذا الإطار جاءت مجموعة من الاتفاقيات و المواثيق الدولية بهدف تثمين و حماية التراث الإنساني. ولأن المؤسسات الوطنية بدورها مدعوة للانخراط في التعريف و تثمين تراثنا الوطني باعتباره العنصر الفعال في حركة التطور و سيرورة الوحدة ، لما يوفره من عناصر القوة وعناصر التلاحم من جهة ولكونه مصدر ثراء حضاري ورافداً من روافد ثقافة المجتمع الجزائري . Cultural heritage is one of the main components of the identity and culture of any society. It is a distinct cultural form that reflects deep - rooted human characteristics. In this context, a series of international conventions and instruments have been adopted with a view to valuing and protecting human heritage. The institutions, in turn, are called upon to engage in definition and to value our national heritage as an effective element of evolution and unity, because of the strength and cohesion it provides, on the one hand, and because it is a source of rich civilization and a source of culture in Algerian society
