Abstract

يتناول هذا المقياس المهارات الأساسية للاتصال الفعّال في مجال العلاقات العامة، من خلال دراسة أساليب التواصل مع الجمهور الداخلي والخارجي، وبناء الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسة. كما يركز على تقنيات الإقناع، وإدارة الأزمات الإعلامية، وصياغة الرسائل الاتصالية المناسبة لمختلف الوسائل والقنوات. ويهدف إلى تأهيل الطالب لممارسة مهنة العلاقات العامة باحترافية عالية. This course addresses the fundamental skills of effective communication in the field of public relations, through the study of communication methods with internal and external audiences, and building the institutional image. It also focuses on persuasion techniques, media crisis management, and crafting appropriate communication messages for various media and channels. It aims to qualify students to practice the public relations profession with high professionalism.
