Abstract

أثرت التحولات والتطورات في مجال تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال التي يواجهها العالم في وقتنا الحالي على كل الميادين والمؤسسات على غرار الجامعة، إذ أثرت هذه التغيرات على أهدافها ووظائفها وعلى طبيعة عملها، ومن أبرز هذه التحولات في المجال التقني ظهور شبكة الإنترنت وما صاحبها من تكنولوجيات حديثة وتطورها المستمر والمتسارع حيث ساعدت في اختزال المسافات وإلغاء الحواجز الزمانية والمكانية واللغوية وغيرها، هذا التطور فرض على المجتمع الأكاديمي الاندماج والتأقلم مع المحيط الاجتماعي والاقتصادي من أجل تكييف مخرجات الجامعة مع متطلبات سوق الشغل، وكغيرها من المؤسسات فقد تأثرت المكتبات باختلاف أنواعها بتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال وفرضت نفسها في مختلف العلميات الإدارية والفنية التي تتم على مستواها، هذه المعطيات الجديدة دفعت بأقسام تدريس تخصص علم المكتبات والتوثيق في الجزائر إلى تبني مقاييس تواكب هذه المعطيات الجديدة ومن بين هذه المقاييس نجد مقياس الإعلام الآلي التوثيقي المدرس لطلبة السنة 02 ليسانس الذي تطرقنا إليه في هذه المطبوعة بالتفصيل.

The transformation and developments in the field of media and communication technologies that the world face today have affected all fields and institutions such as the university, as these changes affected objectives, functions and the nature of its work, one of the most prominent of these transformations in the technical field is the emergence of the internet and the accompanying modern technologies and their continuous and rapid development have helped to reduce distances and eliminate temporal, space, linguistic barriers and others. This development forced the academic community to integrate and adapt to the social and economic environment in order to adapt the university ‘s outputs to the requirements of the labor market. And like others of the institutions, libraries of all types have been affected by media and communication and have imposed themselves in various administrative and technical operations carried out at their level, these new data led teaching department, specialty of Library Science and Documentation in Algeria adopt standards that keep pace with these new data, and among these standards we find the documentary computing module taught to second year License which we discuss in this publication in detail.
