دور الوظائف التنفيذية في اكتساب الكتابة عند الطفل الأصم الحامل للزرع القوقعي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على دور الوظائف التنفيذية في اكتساب الكتابة عند الطفل الأصم الحامل للزرع القوقعي، حيث تعتبر الوظائف التنفيذية كصمام أمان لجميع العمليات المعرفية بشكل عام وللتنسيق بين ما هو ذهني مع رفي وبين ما هو استجابي سلوكي، فهي تنسق وتنظم وتخطط وتراقب وتكبح وتعدل كل الاتصالات العصبية في الدماغ وبين جميع أجزائه المتداخلة والمترابطة، لا لشيء إلا لضمان التكيف الجيد للفرد وسط بيئته والاستفادة من جميع الخبرات التي يتعرض لها دون أن يواجه صعوبات تحول دون ذلك. وتعد مهارة الكتابة من العمليات المعرفية العليا الخاصة بالإنسان والمتدخلة في عملية الاتصال، وهي عملية رسم حر وف والكلمات بالاعتماد على كل من الشكل والصوت للتعبير من خلالها عن الذات الإنسانية بما فيها من مفاهيم ومعاني وتخيلات. والإعاقة السمعية تؤثر تأثيرا مشتركا على الوظائف التنفيذية، والمرتبطة بالأبحاث الخاصة بالعلوم العصبية المتمثلة في الزرع القوقعي، وما لهذه التقنية من أهمية بالغة في اكتساب اللغة وتعلم الكلام لدى الأطفال الصم، فبفضل الزرع القوقعي والتكفل السمعي يتمكن الطفل الأصم من الإدراك والتعرف على مختلف الأصوات الملتقطة بالجهاز وربطها بمعانيها المختلفة واستغلالها في جميع المواقف لتكون ذات معنى وفعالية سواء في الدراسة والعلاقات الاجتماعية The current study aimed to identify the role of executive functions in acquiring writing in a deaf child carrying a cochlear implant Executive functions are considered as a safety valve for all cognitive processes in general and for coordinating between what is mental and cognitive and what is responsive and behavioral (kinesthetic, psychological, physiological). Hearing disability (deafness) jointly affects the executive functions, which are related to research in the neurosciences of cochlear implants, and this technology is of great importance in acquiring language and learning
