وسائل التواصل من خلال الشواهد المادية في ظل التواجد الروماني بموريطانيا القيصرية

Abstract

اهتمت الإمبراطورية الرومانية كثيرا بمسألة التواصل بحيث أنشأت هياكل خاصة لها مهيأة ومدعمة بطواقم إدارية تسهر على ربط مختلف الإدارات الرومانية بفضل إنشاء مصلحة البريد العمومي التي تسمح بالاتصال الموثوق بين الأباطرة و جميع المصالح الإدارية سواء كانت مدنية أو عسكرية . من أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها من تقصي آثار هياكل المواصلات الرومانية في المقاطعات الإفريقية هي أنَّ هذه الهياكل كانت ضمن مختلف المعالم المؤمنة كالبورغومات والمفارز العسكرية والمخازن و الأوفيكيوم ، وفي مكاتب تحصيل الضرائب ( فيليكوس ، فيكتيغاليا) و كذا دُور الجمارك (البرويتوريوم) و الموانئ ( برايتوريوم )، مدعمة كلها بمرافق مهيأة كالفنادق والنافورات المتموقعة على جوانب الطرقات الرئيسية. كما تتوزع هذه الهياكل في الجبال و الوديان والسواحل وفي مفترق الطرق و في أبراج الضيعات . كما وجدنا بعضها يشترك في تأدية وظيفتين مختلفتين في آن واحد The Roman Empire took great interest in establishing special communication structures prepared and supported by teams that would ensure the connection between the various Roman administrations, through the establishment of a public post office, between the emperor and the several civil and military structures. One of the main results of our investigation on the effects of Roman transportation structures in the african provinces, was that these structures included, among other monuments, the burgums, military detachments, warehouses, officiums, as well as tax collection offices (Vilicus, Vectigalia), customs offices (the praetorium), and the ports (Portorium). These structures covered larger areas as well, such as mountains, valleys, coasts, crossroads and estates.We also found that one structure was involved in performing two different jobs at the same time
