Abstract

يعتبر مقياس المقاولاتية في تخصص التنظيم والعمل وحدة استكشافية حيث سنركز في هذه المطبوعة على تحديد مفهومالمقاولاتية والمقاول وهذا من خلال إعطاء صورة عامة للاتجاهات النظرية الموجودة في الحقل العلمي سواء الاقتصادي أو السوسيولوجي استنادا للنظريات البارزة في كل مرحلة، كما سنركز على المقاربات النظرية للموضوع وسنعتمد على أبرزها سواء في الحقل الاقتصادي، السلوكي أو السوسيولوجيكما سنبرز أهمية التعليمالمقاولاتي والكيفية التي تعمل البرامج التعليمية على بث روح المقاولاتية، ونحاول طرح أهم التوجهات النظرية المرتبطة بالمقاولة والمجتمع، المقاولة الاجتماعية والمقاولة والتحديث حتى يتمكن الطالب من الالمام بمختلف النظريات التي تدرس هذه المواضيع. The measurement of entrepreneurship in the field of organization and work is considered as an exploratory unit, where in this book, we will endeavor to define the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneur, giving a general overview of the theoretical trends of the scientific field, whether economic or sociological, based on the predominant theories at each stage.We will also be interested in theoretical approaches to the subject and we will rely in particular on, whether in the economic, behavioral or sociological field. We will also highlight the importance of entrepreneurship education and how educational programs spread the entrepreneurial spirit and we try to present the most important theoretical approaches related to entrepreneurship and society, social entrepreneurship,to entrepreneurship and modernization so that the student can become familiar with the different theories that study these subjects.
