الحملات التحسيسية كآلية للوقاية من العنف ضد الطفل

Abstract

يعد العنف ضد الطفل من المخاطر التي تهدد سلامته وتؤثر على حياته مستقبلا وهو منتشر بشكل كبير في مجتمعنا الجزائري. في هذه الورقة البحثية تناولنا أهمية وقاية الطفل من العنف مع إبراز دور الحملات التحسيسية كآلية للحد من هذا المشكل بالاستعانة بمعطيات رسمية ومقابلات مع ممثلي بعض الهيئات المنظمة لهذه الحملات. كما تطرقنا إلى تحليل العوامل الاجتماعية المتعلقة بموضوع العنف ضد الطفل وكذا الجوانب التقنية الخاصة بالحملة التي تساهم في التأثير على الاستجابة للحملات التحسيسية وعلى تحقيق هدفها في وقاية الأطفال من العنف.

Violence against children has become a social problem in our Algerian society and affects future lives of children. This article présente the importance of protecting children from violence and the role of awareness campaigns as a preventive mechanism to reduce this problem, using official informations and interviews with representatives of some organizations. The article analyse the social factors linked to the issue of violence against children and the technical aspects of the awareness campaigns which have an impact on the results of their prevention objective. La violence contre l’enfant constitue une menace sur sa sécurité qui affecte sa vie future, et elle est devenue un problème social dans notre société algérienne. Dans cet article, nous avons traité l'importance de protéger les enfants contre la violence, tout en soulignant le rôle des campagnes de sensibilisation comme mécanisme de prévention pour réduire ce problème, en utilisant des informations officielles et des interviews avec les représentants de quelques organisations et institutions qui lancent ces campagnes. Nous avons également analysé les facteurs sociaux liés à la question de la violence contre les enfants, ainsi que des aspects techniques de la campagne qui ont un impact sur les résultats des campagnes de sensibilisation et leur objectif de prévention.
