نماذج لعوامل الطلاق في المجتمعات عامة وفي المجتمع الجزائري خاصة

Abstract

يتناول هذا المقال بعض نماذج عوامل الطلاق في المجتمع الأمريكي والمجتمع السوفياتي والمجتمع المصري، وهذا حسب بعض الدراسات الاجتماعية، التي تمت في هذه المجتمعات. كما يتناول بعض هذه العوامل في المجتمع الجزائري، حسب بعض الأطروحات الجزائرية، التي تمت في المرحلة التاريخية الحالية من هذا المجتمع وحسب بعض الجرائد والمجلات الجزائرية الناطقة باللغة الفرنسية Divorce or the dissolution of the marital bond is subject to the peculiarities of the society or country in which the spouses live, which are determined through a number of procedural measures such as customs and traditions, religion, and manmade laws, and at the same time the nature of the reasons that led to the dissolution of the marital bond that differ from one society to another, and from one family to another, and from one individual to another (of both sexes), and it is related to the nature of social upbringing and the type of values that he is saturated with and embodied in his behavior, or to health, economic, social, cultural, or residential conditions..etc. Interaction and understanding between spouses and sometimes caused harm, especially for women and children. We have tried to address another point in this article, by touching on some models of divorce factors in each of: American society, Soviet society and Egyptian society, according to some social studies that were carried out in these societies, and in parallel with that, we also dealt with some of these factors in Algerian society. According to some Algerian theses and literature, and according to some French-speaking Algerian newspapers and magazines that took place in the current historical stage of this society.
