Abstract

إن مرافق المعلومات بمختلف أنواعها تعد مرفقا مهما إذ أنها تتيح للرواد الرجوع إليها لتلبية حاجاتهم من المعلومات في مختلف المجالات فهي شرايين المجتمع تمده بآخر ما تنتجه العقول؛ فهي نوافذ الشعوب على العلم والثقافة والفكر تغذي التقدم العلمي والحضاري؛ حيث يقاس رقي الأمم بكثرة المكتبات وما تلقاه من عناية ورعاية. فمقياس تنظيم وتسيير أنظمة المعلومات هو من بين المقاييس الأساسية التي يتلقاها طلبة السنة الأولى جذع مشترك علوم إنسانية في السداسي الثاني، المادة البيداغوجية لهذا المقياس تستوجب معارف مسبقة لدى الطلبة، كونها تتطلب المعارف المكتسبة من مقياس مدخل إلى علم الببليوغرافيا الذي كان قد درس في السداسي الأول.

Abstract Information facilities of all kinds are an important facility as they allow visitors to refer to them to meet their information needs in various fields. They are the arteries of society, supplying it with the latest products of minds. They are peoples’ windows to science, culture and thought, nourishing scientific and civilisational progress. The advancement of nations is measured by the number of libraries and the care and attention they receive. The Information Systems Organization and Management course is one of the basic courses that first-year students of the Humanities Common Core receive in the second semester. The pedagogical material for this course requires prior knowledge from students, as it requires knowledge acquired from the Introduction to Bibliography course that was studied in the first semester.
