Abstract

سنتطرق في هذا المقال إلى شبكات التنظيم الاجتماعي التقليدية ودورها في تعزيز روح المقاولة لدى المقاول من خلال تسليط الضوء على مكانة الأسرة في حياة المقاول الاقتصادية سواء من حيث أثر وراثة المهنة في إنشاء مشروع اقتصادي أو ابراز صعوبة انشاء المقاول لمشروع دون الأسرة، كما سنسلط الضوء لمنبع دعم المبحوثين لمشروعهم الاقتصادي من حيث فكرة المشروع، تجاوز الصعوبات، التشجيع للدخول في النشاط المقاولاتي والذي سيظهر مرة أخرى أن ثروات البنك الأسري المعنوية والمادية هي التي تحتل الصدارة في الحياة المهنية للمقاول، وفي النهاية سنبحث عن الأثر الذي يتركه المحيط القريب في قرار الانشاء.
