Abstract

في ظل انتشار التكنولوجيا واعتماد الرقمنة مع فتح المجال للمبادرات الابداعية ،أضحى التمكين الرقمي للمرأة في المجتمع من المستلزمات التي لابد منها في سبيل منحها حق المشاركة في تنمية الأسرة والمجتمع، من خلال ما توفره هذه الرقمنة من تطور في القطاع التعليمي والاقتصادي ما يعود بالنفع والأثر الايجابي على الأسرة خاصة والمجتمع عامة . هذا ما جعل التمكين الرقمي للمرأة من أهم سبل تحقيق التنيمة المستدامة أمام كثرة المتغيرات التي تقتضي تطوير القدرات وتكثيف الجهود لدفع عجلة التنمية، ونقل المرأة من فئة الاستهلاك الى فئة الانتاج وفق نظام قانوني محدد تضمن في طياته كل جوانب الحياة .
