Abstract

شكل التعاون التنظيمي بين المكتبات الأكاديمية وأقسام تدريس المكتبات والمعلومات عاملا حاسما في ترقية الممارسات الإدارية مما ينعكس إيجابيا على تحسين التعليم والبحث في المجال، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة للبحث في أسس وأبعاد التعاون التنظيمي، مع فحص معيقات وسبل تفعيله بجامعة الجزائر2، تم اعتماد المقابلة الشخصية لتحصيل البيانات على ضوء المنهج الوصفي. أفضت النتائج إلى أن الثقافة، التكوين والهيكل التنظيمي هي أكثر ما يقف في وجه التعاون، وعليه تم اقتراح بعض المداخل المساعدة على إنجاحه، بالتركيز على إمكانيات التكنولوجيا والنماذج غير الرسمية لإدارة المعرفة.

Organizational collaboration between academic libraries and LIS departments is a decisive factor in upgrading administrative practices, which is reflected positively in improving the field's learning/teaching process and research. This study came to investigate the dimensions of organizational collaboration, as well as to examine the obstacles and ways to set it up at the University of Algiers2. A descriptive method that relies on unstructured interviewing was adopted and the results revealed that culture, training and organizational structure are the most constraints of collaborative work. Accordingly, some approaches were proposed, focusing on IT solutions and informal models of knowledge management.
