الشباب الحضري و شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية التي يوظفها في البحث عن أول منصب عمل

Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى دراسة الشبكات الاجتماعية في المدينة الجزائرية من خلال وضع الشباب الحضري في قلب التحليل السوسيولوجي مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار وسطهم الاجتماعي، حيث قمنا بدراسة الشبكات الاجتماعية التي يستخدمها الشباب للبحث عن أول منصب عمل، خاصة الأنواع الثلاثة للشبكات الاجتماعية المعروفة في المجتمع الجزائري و هي الشبكة الشخصية، الشبكة القرابية أو العائلية و الشبكة الافتراضية على الانترنت، و قد تمت الدراسة الميدانية على مستوى بلدية سيدي امـحمد بولاية الجزائر العاصمة بإتباع المنهج الوصفي، و قد اعتمدنا على عدة أدوات لجمع المعطيات الميدانية هي: أداة المقابلة البؤرية الجماعية و أداة الاستمارة و تقنية مولدات الأسماء لترسيم الشبكة الاجتماعية، و في الختام قمنا بعرض أهم نتائج البحث المتوصل لها.

We will treat in this paper the social networks in the Algerian city by setting youth at the heart of the sociological analysis, taking into account their social environment. We studied the social networks that the young use in the search for their first job, focusing especially on the three types of social networks known in the Algerian society (family network, personal network and virtual network on the internet). For the field study we chose the municipality of Sidi M'hamed in Algiers and we followed a descriptive approach. We used many data collection tools: the interview, focus group and generating names for the delimitation of the social network. In conclusion we present the main results of the research.

Nous comptons traiter dans cet article les réseaux sociaux dans la ville algérienne en mettant le jeune au cœur de l'analyse sociologique en tenant compte de leur milieu social ; nous avons étudié les réseaux sociaux que les jeunes utilisent dans la recherche de leur premier emploi, et plus précisément les trois types des réseaux sociaux connus dans la société algérienne (réseau personnel ; réseau familial et réseau virtuel sur internet). Pour l'étude de terrain nous avons choisi la commune de Sidi-M'hamed à Alger et nous avons suivi une démarche descriptive. Nous avons utilisé de nombreux outils de collecte des données: l'interview , le focus groupe et la technique de générateurs des noms pour la délimitation du réseau social. En conclusion nous présentons les principaux résultats de la recherche.
