Abstract

يهدف اقتصاد الصحة لترشيد استخدام الموارد المحدودة لتوفير أكبر قدر من الرعاية و الخدمات الصحية، لتحسين صحة الأفراد والمجتمع بأقل تكلفة ممكنة ، فــ :الاستثمار في الصحة يؤثر ايجابيا على مردود العامل و تحسين الأداء الإداري و التقني يسمح بتقديم خدمة طبية و اجتماعية بجودة عالية و كفاءة كبيرة. تضمن الخدمة الطبية السلامة الجسدية من خلال التشخيص و العلاج و الوقاية في حين تضمن الخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية سلامة الجوانب الاجتماعية و النفسية ،و كلاهما يساهم في تطوير مستويات الصحة التي تعود بالفضل على رأس المال البشري. كما يصبو مفهوم اقتصاديات الصحة الى تحقيق اهداف الجودة الصحية من خلال الرعاية الفعالة و الآمنة و السريعة للوصول الى تحسين نتائج المرضى و رفع كفاءة الخدمات و زيادة رضا المستفيدين و تقليل الأخطاء الطبية و لا تتحقق هذه الاهداف الا بوجود نظام فعال للتامين الاجتماعي الذي يخفف العبء المالي، و يضمن الوصول المستمر للعلاج

The health economy aims to rationalize the use of limited resources to provide the greatest amount of health care and services, to improve the health of individuals and society at the lowest possible cost. Investing in health has a positive impact on the worker's income, and improving administrative and technical performance allows for the provision of high-quality and highly efficient medical and social services. Medical services ensure physical safety through diagnosis, treatment and prevention, while social medical services ensure safety of social and psychological aspects, both of which contribute to the development of health levels that benefit human capital. The concept of health economics also aims to achieve health quality objectives through effective, safe, and rapid care, thus improving patient outcomes, enhancing service efficiency, increasing beneficiary satisfaction, and reducing medical errors. These objectives can only be achieved through an effective social insurance system that reduces the financial burden and ensures continuous access to treatment.
