دور الإدارة التعليمية والمدرسية في مجابهة التنمر المدرسي

Abstract

يهدف البحث الى التعرف على دور الادارة التعليمية والمدرسية في مجابهة التنمر ا المدرسي من خلال البرامج الوقائية والعلاجية وكذا وظائف المدرسة التي تسهم في التقليل من السلوك العدواني داخل البيئة التربوية، لأجل تحصيل دراسي مستقر، وكذا معرفة المفاهيم المرتبطة بالتنمر المدرسي وأسبابه والآثار المترتبة عليه والنظريات المفسرة له، وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الذي يلائم هذا البحث، وتوصلنا الى نتيجة مفادها وجوب التصدي لظاهرة التنمر المدرسي من خلال حملات التوعية على مستوى المدرسة والبيئة المحلية والمجتمع.

The research aims to identify the role of educational and school administration in confronting school bullying through preventive and therapeutic programs, as well as the functions of the school that contribute to reducing aggressive behavior within the educational environment, for the sake of stable academic achievement, as well as knowing the concepts associated with school bullying, its causes, consequences and theories that explain it. We used the descriptive approach that suits this research, and we reached a conclusion that the phenomenon of school .bullying must be addressed through awareness campaigns at the school level, the local environment and society
