المعاش النفسي للأطباء أثناء جائحة كورونا - دراسة عيادية لطبيبة عامة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة المعاش النفسي لطبيبة أصيبت بفيروس كورونا، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك قمنا باتباع المنهج الإكلينيكي الذي يقوم على دراسة الحالة، واستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات تتمثل في المقابلة نصف الموجهة، مقياس الخوف من فيروس كورونا لـ Ahorsu et al(2020)، ومقياس الاكتئاب PHQ-9 ـ لـKroenke et al (2001) ، ومقياس الاحتراق النفسي لـ Maslach & Jackson (1981). كشفت الدراسة عن معاش نفسي يتميز بميول نفسية مرضية من خلال ارتفاع في كل من الخوف من فيروس كورونا19 والاكتئاب، أدت إلى انعكاسات نفسية واجتماعية ومهنية من خلال: تسلط الأفكار القهرية حول نقل العدوى للآخرين، سلوكيات تجنب، ومستوى مرتفع من الاحتراق النفسي The study aimed at identifying the nature of physicians’ psychological pension who is infected with the Coronavirus. To achieve that, we followed the clinical approach based on a case study. Therefore, we used a set of tools introduced in: a semi-structured interview, the coronavirus fear scale for Ahorsu et al (2020), the PHQ-9 Depression Scale - for Kroenke et al (2001), Maslach & Jackson's Psychological Burnout Scale (1981). The study has revealed a psychological pension characterized by psychopathological tendencies through an increase in both fear of coronavirus 19 and depression. This has led to psychological, social and professional repercussions through compulsive thoughts of infecting others, avoidance behaviors and a high level of Burnout.
