Abstract

تعرض هذه المطبوعة المبادئ والتقنيات الأساسية لحفظ الأرشيف والوثائق في بيئتيها الورقية والرقمية، مع التركيز على مختلف الأرصدة الأرشيفية كالأرصدة الإدارية، التاريخية، العامة والخاصة، وظروف وأماكن الحفظ المناسبة لكل منها، كما تسلط الضوء على طرق وأساليب الوقاية والحفظ العلاجي، من خلال التحكم في العوامل البيئية واستخدام المواد الملائمة لضمان حفظ طويل المدى، وتتناول المطبوعة أهم المخاطر والكوارث التي تهدد الأرشيف، كالحريق، الرطوبة، الحشرات، وكذا التهديدات السيبرانية وتعطل الأنظمة، مع عرض استراتيجيات الوقاية والتدخل في حالات الطوارئ، وتهدف إلى تزويد الطالب بمعارف وتقنيات تجمع بين التقليدي والحديث، لضمان حماية الأرشيف والمحافظة عليه كجزء من الذاكرة المؤسساتية والتراث الوثائقي. This manual presents the fundamental principles and techniques for the preservation of archives and records in both physical and digital environments. It focuses on various types of archival holdings, including administrative, historical, public, and private collections, along with the appropriate storage conditions and facilities for each. It also highlights preventive and curative preservation methods through environmental control and the use of suitable materials to ensure long-term preservation. The manual addresses the major risks and disasters that threaten archives-such as fire, humidity, insects, as well as cyber threats and system failures-while presenting strategies for prevention and emergency response. The aim is to equip students with knowledge and techniques that combine both traditional and modern approaches to ensure the protection of archives and their preservation as part of institutional memory and documentary heritage.
