تأثير التكفل النفسي والأرطوفوني في تحسين الصوت المريئي عند مستأصلي الحنجرة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تأثير التكفل النفسي و التكفل الأرطوفوني في تحسين الصوت المريئ عند مستأصلي الحنجرة. حيث طبق البحث على حالتين مصابتين باستئصال الحنجرة الكلي، وحالة مرجعية سليمة لا تعاني من أي إصابة عضوية. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثتان بعرض الحالة الأولى على مختص نفسي من أجل تطبيق برنامج خاص بالتكفل النفسي قبل تطبيق التكفل الأرطوفوني بينما لم تحظى الحالة الثانية لذلك (أي لم تتلقى التكفل النفسي) بل خضعت للتكفل الأرطوفوني فقط. بعد ذلك قمنا بتسجيل أصوات المصابين قبل وبعد تطبيق التكفل النفسي والأرطوفوني، وتم التحليل الفيزيائي لهذه الأصوات عن طريق برمجية البرات PRAAT، وتمت مقارنة مدونات النطق للحالتين مع المعيار المرجعي (الحالة السليمة) وهذا بحساب المؤثرات السمعية البارزة (التردد الأساسي، البواني الصوتية، الشدة ). وتوصلنا إلى أن للتكفل النفسي والأرطوفوني تأثير في تحسين الصوت المريئي عند مستأصلي الحنجرة. كلمات مفتاحية: التكفل النفسي؛ التكفل الأرطوفوني؛ مستأصلي الحنجرة؛ الصوت المريئي؛ برمجية البرات The present study aims to investigate the effect of psychological and orthopedic support in improving the esophageal voice of laryngectomists. Where the research was applied to two cases with total laryngectomy, and a healthy reference case that did not suffer from any organic injury. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the two researchers presented the first case to a psychologist in order to implement a special program for psychological support before applying artophonic support, while the second case did not receive that (i.e., did not receive psychological support), but only underwent orthopedic support. After that, we recorded the voices of the injured before and after the application of psychological and orthopedic support, and the physical analysis of these sounds was done by the PRAAT program, and the speech notations of the two cases were compared with the reference standard (the healthy state) and this is by calculating the salient audio effects (basic frequency, acoustic panels, intensity) .
